We are delighted to be able to bring you this unique program inconjuction with Organic Pilates UK.  This really is a unique all-over body program.  You will begin with a full musculoskeletal assessment with Gordon, who will fully evaluate any of your weak areas or postural problems, this will then be followed up with an individual assessment with Jill who will take your full measurements, BMI and perform a lifestyle check.  You will then receive your own breakdown of how many grams of protein, fats and carbohydrates you should be eating per day.  With the information gathered Jill & Gordon will be able to build you a program of fitness and nutrition just for YOUR body.
